two questions
Is there a tutorial for me to become familiar with my responsibilities and capabilities. More specifically - today - how do I enter moderator comments (and I'm assuming they're entered differently than just regular comments. Thanks.

Thanks for contacting us. Hope you are doing well!
In order to enter moderator comments you need to login in to your community as Moderator. Select the moderator screen from the top right corner under viewing mode, view as moderator and then you can enter your comments and approve ideas and comments if your moderation level is set to "Medium".

Thank you for your reply. However, we continue to have difficulties. It is necessary for me to receive a phone call from someone who can walk through this process with me. When I log on I am noted as a moderator. However, when I try to submit moderator comments they show to be from me by name, they do not show as being "moderator comments."
Please call me at 972.580.2017. I am in the office 8:00 am - 4:30 M-F Central time. Tuesdays I am in meetings from 9:00 - 10:30 and again from 1:30 - 3:00. Otherwise, I am available most of the time.

Hello Alice,
In order to hide your name you can login to your community and edit your profile and check "hide my identity". Community users will see you as community member and the comment posted by you will be tagged as "moderator comment".
