When printing reports we would like to see if an idea is "In Progress" and "Closed", not just "Active."

On the page where one may select a topic and enter a new idea we would like tabs at the top to include 'In Progress" and "Closed."

Also, we would like to know how to remove a topic from the list.

Are these things we can do ourselves from this end? If not, how do we get them done now, and what must we do to be able to do them ourselves?

   Hello Alice,

   Thanks for contacting us. Hope you are doing well!

   As per my understanding on your issue, whenever an idea status is updated to "In Progress" or "Closed" it reflects in reports. In an idea report, under status you can see whether the idea is closed, in progress or active.

   Also, on the homepage of community you can see Recent, Popular, Hot , In Review, In Progress, Complete tabs at the top. Please check the link below for more information on idea statues:

   If you want to remove topic (categories) from the list you can simply click on the "Manage Categories" on the homepage above category list. Before removing category ensure that you've downloaded all reports because once category is deleted all ideas from that category will be deleted. As a admin moderator you can do this at your end.

   Thank you for your reply.
   This weekend a number of ideas were marked "in progress." However, when the data is exported to excel they all say "this report is active." We want that column to identify whether an idea is in progress, etc.

   When I click on the toggle switch/link to the innovative engine I only have three tabs at the top: "Recent", "Popular", and "Hot." I have not yet gone in to see if that has changed since I emailed you and received this email.

   I will investigate your tips below and be back in touch.
