Members: Search / Filter Members
You can quickly search through your community based on certain filter criteria or by email address. You can search through your community by filtering on members status. These are the status' you can search on:
- New - Members who have been added to the system, but have not yet been verified.
- Verified - Members who have been added to the system, and have clicked the verification link in an email.
- Unsubscribed - Members who have unsubscribed themselves from notifications.
- Bounced - Members who have been added to the system, but the verification email bounced.
- Banned/Blocked - Members who have been banned/blocked by an admin.
- Pending Moderator Approval - Members who have added themselves to the system, but have not been approved by a moderator.
Once you've chosen a status or entered an email address, click the "Search" button to begin your search.
Can I edit/update specific member?
Yes. Once you've found a specific member you're like to edit, simply click on the member's email address and a pop-up will appear that will a allow you to edit the member (Name, Status, etc).
Viewing a breakdown of members by Status
It is possible to view an exact count of members by status in the Status dropdown box on this screen:
