Reports: Export Member Data
Is it possible to export the member data?
Yes. You can export the member data from your community to an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. The following fields are included in the file:
- email address
- number of ideas submitted
- number of votes
- number of comments
To export:
Navigate to Reports » Data Management » Export Data » Export Member Data » Choose Excel or CVS format » click "Export User Data".
Once your file request is completed, you'll have a link to download the file to your desktop.
