How many days do I get to pay my invoice?
Terms are net 30 for invoices.

How do I add a new Credit Card?
You can add a new Credit Card just by clicking Profile> Plans, Billing & Invoices> Billing> Plan and Payment> Select Payment Option> Add a new credit card.

- License Level : Please make sure you select the license level from the drop menu if it is not selected.
- Name On Card : Please enter the name exactly as displayed on the Credit Card.
- Card Number : Please enter the entire credit card number without hyphens or spaces. (For your security IdeaScale masks your card number with the asterix ("*") marker.)
- Expiration Date : Expiration Date as on Credit card
- Security Code : Please see the Security Code help link below
- Address : Enter the correct address for the credit card.
- City : Enter the correct city for the credit card.
- State / Province : Enter in abbreviation for state / province.
- Country : Enter in your country. (Please leave this field blank if you do not reside in US or Canada.)

I've received an email that I have an invoice in my account. How do I pay it with a credit card? How do I download the invoice to PDF?
Once you've logged into your IdeaScale.com account, click on "My Account" in the upper right hand corner, then click on "Invoices & Receipts" in the left navigation. From here, you'll see a list of the invoices in your account, and history of all credit card transactions.
To pay by credit card, click the "Credit Card" link and follow the instructions to enter your credit card information. An invoice will be created that you can then download by clicking on link titled, "Pdf".
Can I purchase the license all at once for the year?
Yes! You can purchase an annual license with a credit card. After you've logged into your account, click on "My Account" and then click on "Upgrade Account". From there, choose any of the two licenses under, "Annual Pre-payment", then fill out your credit card information and click the "confirm" button.

How do I cancel my account?
We are sorry to see you go! Due to compliance reasons, we cannot cancel an account via phone or email. To cancel an account:
The cancelation of your account can be managed in the Plans, Billing & Invoicing section of your Profile. Pease keep in mind that cancellation of your account will mean the following:

- All your communities will be removed.
- All idea data will be deleted.
- All member related data will be deleted.
- Upon cancelation, your email will be permanently removed from our system.
