How to edit the content of the Welcome Email

Log into your community as the Administrator Owner. Select Moderation from the top right pull-down menu. Then select Language & String on the left navigation menu. From the Languages & Strings menu filter enter "application.ideascale.ml.email.verification" to access the various Welcome Email strings. Make sure the Regex is not checked when you filter.

Can I re-send the email verification link?

You can re-send the email verification link to users by clicking on the "Members" tab. Then search for a user or choose a filter from the drop-down menu. Then click on the users email address to edit their status. In the resulting window, choose the "Email Verification Code" link to resend the email.

Note: to filter by all the users that have not yet verified their email address, choose the "New" status from the drop-down.
