What are weekly or real time IdeaScale Updates?

You can automatically send email updates to all the registered users for your IdeaScale community. This way you can keep everybody updated via e-mail with the activity going on your portal even if they do not access the community on a regular basis.

How can my users unsubscribe from the daily or weekly email digest?

IdeaScale users can unsubscribe from the weekly or daily email digest by editing their profile. To access their profile, users can follow these easy steps:

1. Login to your IdeaScale Profile page.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Select the appropriate Notifications setting from the drop-down menu.
   • Disable (no email updates sent)
   • New Topics/Ideas [Real-Time] (email updates sent in real time)
   • New Topics/Ideas [Daily] (email updates sent as a daily digest)
   • New Topics/Ideas [Weekly Digest] (email updates sent on a weekly basis)
4. Click Save Changes.
