Email Settings: Global Email Preferences
The global email settings panel allows you to specify the "from" address and name for all the emails that come from your community (ie, 'ideas@mycompany.net').
Note: ensure you use an email address that is monitored if you want to catch a reply from someone (ie, if someone replies to an email and you'd like to see it.
