Integration Settings: Outbound Broadcast Email
The IdeaScale outbound email broadcast tool allows you to easily send a message to all the registered users in your community. You can use this tool to update your users or even tell them about further action they could take with the community (complete a survey, submit another idea, etc).
Each community you're created has a unique email address that the broadcast emails can be sent to. Only approved moderators can send an email to this address (for security reasons).
To determine what the unique email address is for your community:

How will I know if the broadcast went successfully?
The system will send the administrator an email notification with the status of the broadcast with delivery details. In addition, you can view a report of the emails that have been sent here:

Does it support HTML formatted emails?
Yes. The tool supports HTML formatted emails.
Are attachments forwarded?
Yes. Attachements will be broadcasted with the email.
What is the maximum size allowed for the email?
Email messages cannot be larger than 1 MB
How long should it take for a broadcast email to be sent?
The system processes broadcast emails every 10 minutes. It could
take ~10 minutes for your broadcast email to be sent if you happen
to send you email just after this process starts.
