SSO Debugger

Introduction

SSO Debugger enables troubleshooting SSO related issues. It contains log of recently failed SSO attempts and few tools to work with Multipass Token Generation and Decoding. To use SSO Debugger you should enable it from Single-Signon Settings in your community settings page.

SSO Fail Log

SSO Debugger shows log information for recent failed SSO attempts. This page can be accessed from Moderation View in SSO Debugger link. Please note: this page is only available to "admin" of the community and only visible if SSO Debugger is enabled from community settings.

Multipass Token Utils

SSO Debugger has Multipass token generator and decoder for Multipass enabled communities. You can generate a Multipass Token and decode a token generated by your system here to verify that it would work with IdeaScale.
