States of IdeaScale Communities

In IdeaScale you can set your community status to different states Like
1. Active
2. Disable
3. Vote Only
4. Idea Submission Only

Go to Community Settings -> Settings -> Global, then you will find the section below:

1. Active:

When a community is set to "Active", community members are allowed to vote on and submit ideas and also allowed to comment on it.

2. Disabled:

When a community is set to "Disabled", members can view the community but cannot vote on or submit new ideas or comment on ideas. Note that Disabled communities can be reactivated by changing your community's status.

3. Vote Only:

When a communty is set to "Vote Only", the community members can vote and comment on existing ideas but cannot submit any new ideas.

4. Idea Submission Only:

When a community is set to "Idea Submission Only", the community members can submit ideas and comment but cannot vote.
