How to upgrade your license

IdeaScale has software licenses custom designed to fit your particular needs. And you can easily upgrade your account with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).

1) Login to your account to see your IdeaScale Settings Profile Information. Select Plans, Billing & Invoices from the navigation menu running down the left side of the page, and click Upgrade Plan.

2) Choose your desired license level, enter your information and confirm your order.

3) Follow the instructions to safely and securely enter your credit card information and accept the terms of the license.

Please note that all plans are billed monthly or annually automatically as long as the account is active. If you signed up for one of our recurring billing plans, your credit card on file will be billed automatically at the interval you have chosen.
