Your Community Profile is Locked
If a member of an Single Sign-on community attempts to first log-in to their IdeaScale community without logging into their corporate network, they will get the message “Your community profile is locked. Your community profile will be locked if you log-in directly with IdeaScale, but you have not yet logged-in with this Community’s Single-Sign-On provider.”
In order to resolve this issue the member needs to click on their name, in the top right corner, and choose Logout.
The user will only have 5 seconds to click this before they are redirected to a log-in screen. If this happens have the user log-in and try clicking their name again.
Once the user has logged out, they will enter their company's username and password and the issue will be resolved.
