The Idea Submission Form is the third tab when we edit any campaign in a community. This tab consists of three elements which are the Idea Submission form to the left, Idea Submission elements, and Custom field elements.
You can now reorder or drag and drop all the elements in the idea submission form as well as custom field elements using the 6 dot icon beside each element.
All the elements can easily be dragged and dropped in order to be included in the Idea Submission Form. If you wish to remove any particular element click on the remove link and save. The removed elements will be added back to the right side of the idea submission tool.
Idea Submission Form
The main component which cannot be removed or deleted is the Title and Description fields in the Idea Submission Form. You can edit or change the heading of these components by clicking on the pencil icon.
We have newly introduced a feature named User Instructions which will be displayed only when we click on the pencil icon to edit the elements. This provides the administrators to add special instructions for the members in fields like Title, Description, and Custom Fields.
Title User Instructions: The instructions will be displayed to members while they fill in the Idea submission form.
Description User Instructions: The administrator of the community can add in details or instructions as to how they are expecting the idea description to be added to the ideas.
Idea Submission Elements
This consists of elements that you would like to have on your idea submission form to gather some extra details on the ideas that are being submitted. These elements will be visible in this section only if we enable the respective settings from Community Settings >> Customization >> Customize Site Behavior Settings.
Below is the list of idea submission elements you can enable:

Attach an image or supporting document
Custom Field Elements
This element consists of all types of idea custom fields that can be created or is created in the community to be dragged and dropped in the Idea Submission Form section to be displayed. If you wish
Custom Field User Instructions: These user instructions will clarify the member's doubts or questions while answering the custom field questions.
Please Note: The User Instructions can be only 280 characters long.
Once we have the instructions added the members will see the Idea Submission Form as shown in the below screenshot.
