How to set Email notification for Stage Changes?

Every member can set up their email notification to receive updates on the stage change of ideas submitted by them.
Path: Profile>>Communities>>Notifications >> Community Name>>Receive e-mail notifications on Idea stage change

The administrator of the community will have to enable the stage change notification in order to receive email notification on stage change of each idea.
Path: Workflow>>Stages >> Stage Change Notification

The email notification received would be as screenshot below

Realtime subscribers will receive an email when the stage changes :

"In Review" to "In Progress"

"In Review" to any Custom Idea Stage

"In Review" OR "In Progress" OR any Custom Idea Stages to "Completed"

The author of Idea will get email when stage changes:

"Inbound/Pending" to "Active" OR "Closed"

"Active" to "In Review" OR "In Progress"

Any Custom Idea Stage to any Custom Idea Stages
NOTE: The notification for stage change regarding Custom Idea Stages will be received only if the Administrator has enabled it.
