I've received an email that I have an invoice in my account. How do I pay it with a credit card? How do I download the invoice to PDF?

Once you've logged into your account, go to Profile >> Billing & Invoices >> Invoices & Receipts . From here, you'll see a list of the invoices in your account, and history of all credit card transactions.
We also accept credit card for Annual subscription plans.
Be sure to add your credit card details as shown in the image below:

Once you have filled in the details you would need to click on "Confirm".

This helps you make it simpler when you would like to pay your invoices.

Once you have added the credit card, you can go to Invoices & Receipts and click "Pay with Credit Card" to finish the payment process.

Follow the steps and you would be able to pay your invoice at your convenience online.

An invoice will be created that you can then download by clicking on link titled, "Pdf". IdeaScale has the most convenient ways for you to pay your invoice.

We also accept check or bank transfer for annual subscription plan.
Please Note: Billing & Invoice section can is visible only to Account Owner to download an invoice or to make payment using Credit Card.

How many days do I get to pay my invoice?
Terms are net 30 for invoices.
